Can you volunteer a few hours of your time to help set-up, run or clean up the Fall Book Sale at Sharon Forks Library?
Set-up: Friday, November 11
Set-up for the Sale will be conducted in shifts on Friday (see the form below for a specific schedule). Volunteers will assist in setting up the room and categorizing and organizing books. We can use volunteers with strong arms to help lift and move boxes and also those who can’t lift to help with the sorting.
Member Preview Sale: Saturday, November 12
The Member Pre-Sale will be open to FCPL Friends & Advocates members only from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday. Volunteers will assist customers with their purchases, tally orders, re-stock tables, etc.
Public Sale: Saturday, November 12 and Sunday, November 13
The Sale will be open to the public on Saturday from 1:30 pm to 5:00pm and Sunday from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Volunteers will assist customers with their purchases, tally orders, re-stock tables, etc.
Clean-up: Sunday, November 13
At the end of the Sale, we will need to re-box unsold books and clear out the room.

As of right now, I don’t think I can volunteer on this one…but if things change, I will certainly try to come and help.
