At it’s fall meeting theFCPLFA Board also voted to move forward with plans to open a small used bookstore in the Cumming Library early in 2012.
“Several other libraries in metro Atlanta have on-site bookstores run by their Friends groups and volunteers,” says Ramona Stoner, Treasurer.
“Our book sale events are the primary source of funds we donate to the Library. By continuing those sales and being able to sell year-round from a central location, we can do even more to support programming at the Library.”
