Book Donations
Your donations of books and other materials are used to stock our Bookstore at the Cumming Library and for periodic book sales.
You can bring your donations directly to the Bookstore or to the information desk in any of the Library’s three branches.
We accept these media materials:
- Adult fiction and non-fiction books
- Children’s fiction and non-fiction books
- Current magazines
- DVDs
- Music CD’s
- Books on CD
- CD ROM’s
We do not accept:
- Books that are damp, stained, or damaged
- Outdated non-fiction
- Magazines older than 5 years
- Music or books on cassette tapes
We reserve the right to refuse donations that are not in suitable condition for resale. We are no longer able to pick up donations. A donation tax receipt is available upon request. If you have questions about donating, please contact us.
Other Contributions
If you’d like to donate funds to support the FCPL Friends & Advocates, we accept contributions via PayPal using the blue Donate button at the right.
FCPL Friends & Advocates is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your support is greatly appreciated!
Help in the bookstore, sort books and organize book sales. Membership is not required to volunteer.
